For 25 years the Nancy Appleby Theatre has fostered a rich theatre and musical culture in Athabasca.  Featuring 280 seats, a 780 square foot stage, Green Room, fully equipped modern lighting and sound board technology, this theatre can hold any type of performance.

The Nancy Appleby Threatre has served as home to numerous local, national and international productions.

The Nancy Appleby Theatre is home to the Athabasca Arts Alliance, Heartwood Folk Club, Athabasca & District Music Festival, and Festival of the Arts.
